If you are not entirely satisfied with a product and wish to return it, please contact us before sending it back.

Products can generally be returned if they are in their original, undamaged packaging. However, we kindly ask you to understand that products ordered specifically for you, products that are not in perfect condition or products with incomplete or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

No return is possible after the 14 day expiry of the return period.

Can I return products by mail which have been bought in a store?
No, only products bought online can be returned by mail. Products bought in a store need to be returned in a store.

 

Will my postage fees be reimbursed?
No, only the value of goods will be refunded. All additional expenses can not be refunded.

 

Do I receive my refund in cash?
A refund will be carried out in the same payment method as the original payment and not in the form of cash on the spot.

 

I paid with cash and the remainder with a voucher. How will I be reimbursed?
In case of a return the full amount will be reimbursed as a voucher.
